Mission

Empowering women,orphans,school dropouts through skills training mainly in sewing and fashion design.

 

Objectives

 

Our main objectives are:

• To provide the community with skills in tailoring to enable them to be self sufficient.

• To provide the community with fashion entrepreneurship skills hence turning our community into job creators rather than job seekers.

• To educate the young generation/women with  morals which will turn them into responsible citizens?

• Our secondary objective initially is to establish a partnership with other registered institutions with the same vision as PSDC and have a network to benefit the community e.g. training internship job placement etc.

 

Our goals

 

• The organization is looking forward to empower women unemployed youth and disadvantaged orphans, school dropouts in the community with the vital skills to a self reliance stage.

• To close the poverty gap within the society and to improve economic situation of ordinary people.

• To deplete the pace of crime in the community considering that we shall keep youth busy developing their skills.
